How we operate – Purified hot water and modern equipment

From the day we started in business, we determined to offer only the best of everything when we designed how our service operates.

The bedrock of that plan was to use only purified water for washing glass and surrounds. There is a very good reason for this. Ordinary tap water contains otherwise harmless impurities that cause smearing on glass. These are removed when water is purified.

We also use hot water. Anybody who has washed drinking glasses knows that this gives superb results compared with washing them in cold water. Hot water is far more effective at softening grime, so that our subsequent brushing delivers better results.
